Who runs this site
St. George Elite Fence is operated by AuthenitcBrand, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. We publish research on fence and block-wall projects in St. George and Washington County, and we connect homeowners who ask with independent local companies.
What we do
We do two things. First, we write plain-language guides on the questions that come before a fence or wall project: what it costs, what the city requires, how HOAs fit in, and how to vet a company. Second, if you ask us to, we pass your request to an independent fence or block-wall company that covers your area.
What we do not do
We are not a fence or masonry contractor. We do not build, repair, or install anything, we do not send crews, and we do not hold ourselves out as performing the work. The companies you are matched with are independent businesses that set their own prices, run their own jobs, and carry their own licensing and insurance. That is why every guide here tells you to verify a company's license status and insurance yourself.
How the research works
- City rules come from the code itself. Height and permit statements cite St. George City Code §10-18-1 and §10-18-5 and are rechecked before each update.
- Prices come from dated, named sources. Every figure lives in one data file and is listed with its source and date on the cost guide. We label national ranges as national and do not present them as quotes.
- What we cannot verify, we say so. The pool fence page is an example: we could not verify a local pool-barrier requirement, so we do not publish one.
- No invented reviews or claims. We do not publish testimonials, star ratings, or license claims about any company.
- Company lists are unranked and unpaid. See the company guide for how it was built.
Corrections and updates
Codes and prices change. Each guide shows the date it was last checked, and we update pages when the underlying source changes. If you find something that is out of date, we want to correct it.
